The Salamander was recorded between October 1993 and August 1995 and mixed between February and August 1995.
Promise Table used a Yamaha SY-77, Boss DR-66, Fender Stratocaster, Takamine acoustic/electric guitar, and a Hohner bass. The first four tracks were sequenced with Dr. T's KCS on an Amiga, the rest were sequenced with Cakewalk Pro Audio on a PC.
